They're doing you no favor. The best thing for a child in that situation would be to create a home filled with love but also structure. Children thrive on structure, and having a routine and (fair) rules in place would likely help the grieving process since it reinforces the idea that life still must go on.

But seriously, I was 11 and watched the hell out of Archie Bunker's Place and All in the Family, mainly because he reminded me of my grandpa. :lol: |
