Hmm, mine came in a medium sized envelope that snugly held the CD case with the disc (and everything was fine).

My envelope was tiny - one of the ones you'd send a small card in. The CD itself just fit inside. There's no way it won't get cracked or even broken in transit , as there's just a 98 cent stamp on it.

Exactly what I got.

That's the initial envelope - aka the one you don't need to give a shit about.

The one that arrives with your new copy? Yea, that one is important, and it's well protected.

Oh, I see. Yeah, the one that you get the new disc in is well protected (that's the one I posted about).

I received my Halloween II replacement today, and wanted to provide some pictures/definitive answers for anyone who was curious. The disc arrived in a jewel case inside two bubble envelopes. The credit is changed and DTS Master Audio IS present. And, while I wish I had the original disc to compare it with, on first glance I noticed less print damage [DO NOT hold me too this, I'm just basing this on memory].

Dang. Didn't know about the corrected audio. Shot them an email today.

Got mine today as well. Packaging was exactly as Willh51 described and everyone that has one coming should have no problem with it arriving safe.

Is there any way to tell the difference between the old disc and new disc in stores?

Still haven't gotten my replacement in yet. Getting kinda antsy...

Might want to e-mail them and get a status update. When did you send it in?

About the 20th, give or take. I've still got about a week or so based on the e-mail they said; it's just more impatience on my part, which was made worse after seeing that others have gotten theirs.
