Pure conjecture: Target has recently released exclusives for Fox titles, such as the digibook for The Sound of Music (which was also a three-disc BD/DVD/DC combo pack). Might be something along those lines.

Tempted by the Target combo pack, but the truth is I have no real need for the DVD. I'd like to have the Digital Copy, but it's not so important to me that I'm willing to pay Target's list price of ~$35 when the release price will be ~$20 for the standard release elsewhere. Target.com's sale price of $29.99 is still more than I'm willing pay. I'll likely go with the standard release.
Oh, and I, too, would have much preferred a piece of the international art to the U.S. poster. This is one area where I'm disappointed in my country. Why is it that the average Joes of other countries are still willing to buy movies with cool artwork, but our Joes require generic head shots of the main cast?

I'm betting it'll be closer to the $25 mark at release. For that, I'll cough up the extra dough for a portable DVD and the alternate cover. $30 is pushing it, though, unless there's something else that comes with it.

Target.com is currently showing $22.99 for the combo pack in the featured deals part of their movies page. If you click on Black Swan, however, its individual page shows $19.99. It's worth noting that's a pre-order page; perhaps Target is offering a $3 break for those who act early?

I went ahead and ordered the exclusive from Target.com at the $19.99 price. With gas as expensive as it is and the chance that they don't have many of them in store, I'm happy to pay a few bucks to ship it.

So, does the Amazon version contain a Digital Copy? It only lists Blu-ray next to the title, but in the product description:
It mentions a Digital Copy in the description, but nowhere else on the page. I'm ready to pull the trigger on this, but I'd really like to have a Digital Copy as well. A year ago, I wouldn't have cared, but there are so many "on-the-go" devices, that I like having a digital version of my Blu-rays, if possible.

I realized that Mad Men Season 4 is coming out the same day, so it looks like I'll be picking both of these up from Amazon. I might wait a day or two to see what prices Target/WM/BB have, but I'm not expecting them to beat Amazon.

I don't really know if I like the white or red cover more (not that I care much about covers), but I like the prospect of also getting a DVD with the set.
