Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps - 12/21/10

Via HD Room:

All the extras, aside from the first 2 features and the digital copy, are BD exclusive.

I was interested to see this but never got around to it in theaters. I'll probably rent it first and then decide if I want to buy it or not. Still never picked the first one up yet..

Even if the movie has its problems, that poster, and now the Blu-Ray cover, is fucking classy.

Where have you been the past few years? 3 months is pretty much the standard.

Agree this is a fast transition from theater to BR. Looks like a good amount of features too.

IMO: This movie has to be in the running for the biggest piece of horseshit of 2010. Absolute terrible movie on all accounts.

Missed this in theaters, but I'd blind buy for $15.

I'd definitely recommend renting it first. I thought it felt like about four movies in one and I only enjoyed one of those movies. It seemed to talk down to the audience a lot in a pretentious manner that just drove me nuts.

I love how they used the movie poster for it, rather then the usual floating heads.

Re: Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps - 12/21/10

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps was a decent movie but the characters seemed disconnected. I'm a big fan of Shia LaBeouf, Josh Brolin and Michael Douglas and really had high hopes when I found out it was directed by Oliver Stone, however the movie just didn't hit home. It seemed conflicted - sometimes it's best to let the story do the storytelling. I thought Project Northwest by C. B. Carter delved deeper into what was happening behind the scenes than this movie.

Did you honestly not know that this was a sequel to an Oliver Stone film?

To be fair, it's really hard to find that kind of info. If only there was a site out there where you can get cast and crew credits months, even a year or two, before the movie came out...
