A definite upgrade from the DVD. Picture is beautiful although the night scenes seem a bit muddled or soft. Only if you really pay attention to it would it possibly become an issue. The sound is damn impressive. Well worth getting if you like the movie.

This is on a temporary price cut at Target for $14.99. There's a $5 off coupon floating around to use as well.

DVDTalk review. How does a BD that gets pretty much 5 stars across the board only yield a "Highly Recommended"? Shouldn't it be "DVD Talk Collector's Series? I've always been curious how they come up with these.

You can always ask the critic. I hear those guys are kind and handsome.

(No theatrical cut kills a near-perfect disc.)

Okay, i guess I can roll with that. But the content itself is about as perfect as it can get. Does anytone know if that German edition contains the threatrical cut?

Handsome? I'll take your word for it.
