To those that have cut back on collecting DVD/Blu-ray, what's the reason?

I have five titles on preorder from Oct to Dec which is really low compared to the past. Three of those fives are upgrades (at least in my opinion) one is a box set and the other is a blind buy. I pretty much have all of my favorites movies and TV shows. I even sold off quite a few favorites that I realized that even though I liked the movie/show I would never watch them again.

Re: To those that have cut back on collecting DVD/Blu-ray, what's the reason?
Well, my official reason now is lack of space. I have no more shelf space, all overflow must now be stored in neatly-stacked boxes. I still want to keep the industry in business, but have no choice but to cut back at least until I finally move to a bigger place. Digital purchases will NOT be increasing for me however.
Now I have tons of empty bookshelves. I recently started buying more books again, just to find out the hard way that there is hardly anything current which I want to read in paper form. Going to the libary or local bigbox bookstores, where I frequently walk out empty handed. Even going through amazon and reading through the sample pages of many books of interest, I've come to the realization there's hardly anything worth buying anymore in print.

This is me now. I have begun to cut back and sell off a bunch of titles. My collection (and a lot of other stuff) no longer holds the same interest for me. In a lot of ways, I've become Stan.
