1-disc Nightmare on Elm Street question (wal-mart exclusive)

The back of the box for the wal-mart exclusive seems to nix a lot of the special features for the movie, but is it true? Are all the features on there but not listed?

Yeah, I saw that. I have to think that it only includes what it says on the back as the inner cover without the slip cover does not match (Warner later will re-release it sans the digital copy which is not mentioned on the inner back cover either).

What's the price on this? The regular edition is too expensive, and I don't need a regular DVD or 'digital copy'.

I thought it was $19.99. They also have a 1-disc version of Splice.

Wal-mart is selling the rental versions of Splice & NOES remake so most or all of the extras are gone in the single disc releases. Only the Multi-Disc sets have the extras

Well, I'm glad I didn't return the $24.96 editions for the $19.96 editions after all.

I picked up the Wal-Mart version yesterday, and I'm happy I did. I never saw myself spending $25 on this thing, so $20 was a little more reasonable. "But it doesn't have the extras!" Meh, I could really care less. I enjoyed the NOES remake a bit more the second time around, which was a nice bonus, but this isn't exactly a movie I'm going to want to sit around for hours on end, listening to commentaries and watching a bunch of supplemental material.

Now with something like The Exorcist, I could never settle for less, since it actually removes one of the included copies of the feature film itself.
