I think either artwork is better than the ones they used for TS1 or TS2....

I like the cover for the combo pack but it sucks it doesnt match the first two. Way to screw up consistancy w/ the covers. Still cant wait to pick it up on day 1.

This was posted on blu-ray.com. Amazon is offering up a $10 off discount when you buy 2 qualifying Disney combo packs. However, the combo packs for TS3 and Prince of Persia are giving $10 off each one, so you can get both now for $39.98. Pricing will probably drop, but this is a decent deal online.

Hmmmm........It says the only way to get the $10 discount is to order 1 item from list 1 and 1 from list 2. I added Toy Story 3 and A Christmas Carol (both from list 1) and the discount was still applied. Got both preordered for just under $50.

Well the doubling up $10 off is now DEAD. :(

This is my favorite film this year. I just need the 2 Disc edition, but prefer the 3 Disc cover art - and that version will probably have the $10 off coupon so it's the edition I'll likely get.

Shitty cover art :(. They shoulda stuck with to the other two's design...

Disappointing about the absence of a Blu-Ray triple pack, but I personally prefer the 2-disc Blu-Ray cover as it closely resembles the poster.

I find it curious that so many are commenting on the absence of a boxset, but no one's saying anything about the two big rumors around this release: a 3D version and the simultaneous release of Finding Nemo.

I took a survey shortly before the film was released where I was shown several possible pieces of artwork Disney/Pixar were considering for the home video release. Trust me, these were the standouts.

I'm rather disappointed that they're only including the Digital Copy in the combo pack with the DVD. I, for one, would find the DVD entirely superfluous if I had the Blu-ray (to watch at home) and the DC (for portability). I have to buy the DVD as well? Talk about feast or famine!

Even if you feel the DVD is superfluous or being forced upon you, it's not like it is going to cost you any more out of pocket for them including it....considering the usual $10 off coupon Disney offers will probably be only intended for the combo pack, in the end it will probably be cheaper to pick up the combo version after that discount....
Don't want the DVD? Just sell it, or give it away, or even throw it in the trash....

I guess I'd prefer the 2 disk (art and regular sized case), if it comes out at all cheaper I'll just get that. The cover almost looks unfinished, kind of unDisney-ish to have a black background. The funny thing is that yellow cover would've paired nicely with the others but it has a red spine (looking at the side shot on hdroom).

Finding Nemo is likely off the table for now, with the release of Cars Toon: Mater's Tall Tales the same day as Toy Story 3.

Well, a lot of people here seem to not give a crap about 3D. :) Or maybe it's just a select group that is very vocal about it.

As for Finding Nemo, it was supposed to be released 2 years ago. I won't get excited until I see an offical announcement.

Amazon.ca has something listed here. I'm assuming this is an actual boxset and not a bundling of the titles by Amazon itself. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Amazon has a pre-order up for a box set. Not sure how good the price is or if its just the three movies sold together. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B003YUC2FE

Slightly more info here: http://www.thehdroom.com/news/Big-To...et-Coming/7312

Re: Toy Story 3 - November 2, now up for pre-order

Looks like it's just the three films, with no new disc of extras, at a higher price point than the three discs individually. Pass.

Re: Toy Story 3 - November 2, now up for pre-order

If there was going to be additional extras in the box, surely it would have been announced in the press release with TS3.
