I wouldn't be surprised to see Amazon UK's price go up - the listing went active well before Arrow announced that the first print was a limited edition. So if you haven't pre-ordered already, do it now just in case.

If it is a price mistake will they still honor it? I remember when they made a mistake on the pre order for the BR LE tin years ago; quite a few people got it for only $13 or was it $18...I can't remember.

Yes, Amazon will honor it (i.e. Grindhouse Blu-ray for $13.99 just a few months ago).

What is the price everyone pre-ordered it at? I was waiting for the Region Free confirmation so I placed the pre-order today. What's odd though is that Amazon.co.uk has it listed as £14.99, but when I actually place the order it shows up as £12.76, which is fine by me.

Arrow has confirmed it will be three (3) Blu-rays and ALL content will be playable on US players! The production on the non-LEs won't start until February, so if you order yours now, you'll be guaranteed the LE.

I might be wrong but I don't think, if you ordered now, that you would have to worry about missing out. Blu-ray is still niche-ish and the movie is in the cult category. I hope it sells well, but I hope everyone that wants a copy of the LE will get one.

Hell yeah. I'm going to order it as soon as i get home from work tonight.
It'll be my first imported Blu-Ray. Interestingly, the Tartan NTSC Battle Royale DVD was my first DVD import.

Where have they confirmed this? All I've seen is a notice that Arrow says all extras will be playable on US BD players, but no indication that the third disc will be a Blu-ray.
