Yeah, I just saw that yesterday. Too bad he didn't go through with it, might have knocked some sense into Weinstein.

Then of course there'd be people cancelling him for being a bully or something instead of standing up to a bully but, you know.

I could have sworn it went back even further, but 13 years ain't bad! Just one more year to beat Duke Nukem Forever!

Blu-ray itself only launched in 2006. I'm not going to dig through his site archives, but I'm pretty sure Bill Hunt started the Abyss on Blu-ray rumor mongering that first year.

Well, I did dig, and this is the earliest mention I could find, which post-dates the USA Today article at the beginning of this thread.
