Inglorious Basterds...bookmark....how?

There is a feature on the IB BR that allows you to bookmark when the film is paused. Can someone explain to me how it works bc I cannot figure it out. Thanks!

I believe you use the green and blue buttons on your remote as intro and outro marks to save favorite scenes.
