Hit the ENTER button.

I watched mine on a LITE-ON internal Blu-Ray drive and the film worked fine for around two hours. During the conversation between Waltz, Pitt, Kruger, Roth and Doom, my screen flickered and the video suddenly stopped displaying properly, turning into what looks vaguely like a negative image, although not really. It affected every piece of video on the disc (including the video on the main menu) except the Universal logo, which still displays in full color. The menu interface also looks fine, if you pause the movie or bring up the pop-up menu. Anyone know what's up? I'm upgrading my computer within the next few weeks so it probably won't make a difference, ultimately, but just curious.

Have you got the latest driver for your graphics card? If you've got ATI (like I do) there's typically a new driver every month. Otherwise, what playback software are you using, and do you have the latest version?

PowerDVD9. And my computer had to be reformatted a week ago, so I should have the latest drivers.

Boy, I'm not sure, then. I use TotalMedia Theatre, myself. Somebody at AVS might know . . .

I find it interesting the barcode for the pack that has the BB exclusive disc is the same as the one without. That's the first time I've seen that happen. Some jerk in the store could switch a slipcover, there's no way to tell if it has the disc.

I thought of that the other day. The best thing to do is to always try and feel the weight of both versions, one in each hand.

Just looking at the PowerDVD 9 software updates page at Cyberlink and I saw that there is a pretty recent one. It's dated 12/02/09, and the build number is 2320. It doesn't state anything in the release notes about fixing compatibility issues with specific BDs, but if you don't have it yet it might be worth a shot.

Also, I'd really recommend checking for a new graphics card driver. I just looked up my card on ATI's site and there's a brand new driver and software suite version (9.12) as of yesterday! Sheesh. Release notes there show a bunch of resolved issues with PDVD9, too, so if you're using an ATI card that may fix your trouble. I hope so, anyway!

I actually did this in the store and I can confirm that the one with the extra disk is a little heavier.

The BB exclusive version of LOST: Season 5 from a couple weeks ago (with the extra slipcover, bonus disc, and luggage tag) had the same UPC as the regular version....
