I think Parks & Recreation has a good shot seeing as its a first season show and only 6 episodes. 30 Rock would also, well, rock.

Now I have to decide whether to get the DVD, which would match the rest of my seasons, or the BD, because it's new tech. Why does my life have to be so difficult!?

Awesome.
The past couple of seasons were some of the only DVDs I'd bought since these new formats launched.

Here's my thoughts:
More commentaries = good.
"Who the hell are these people on the commentaries?" = bad.
Seriously though, I haven't even seen some of these names before. They used to be nothing but lead cast and directors and maybe a writer or two. Lame.

Gah same dilemma here! Hopefully the BD set isn't much different and just has a blue stripe at the top. If BD is only $10 more though (it is on the msrp) then I don't know how I'll resist it.

In most of the cases the names you don't recognize are the episodes' writers. I don't care if they're household names or not if they have something interesting to say.

Nice. Now I just hope Best Buy offers a BD version of their gift set this season, assuming they continue with those.

I'm thinking now I'll stick with the DVD version, since I like to put them on my iPod for traveling/working out viewing. Not so easy with Blu-ray.

Anyone's guess as to how much longer they'll go? Rather, how much longer they should go? I've always wanted for them to do the often-rumored MichaelScott/David Brent meeting. Wonder if that'll ever happen.

Uh, an especially pointless message (and the responses that quoted it) has been removed.

yea i hear ya. depending if there are store exclusives (like for last season), ill just wait for the SD version to be around $20 and buy it then. like droidguy1119 said, if they release a complete series set on bluray ill get that.
