"New Line has announced DVD and Blu-ray releases of Friday which stars Ice Cube, and Chris Tucker. Each will include an extended directors cut of the film, and will be available to own from the 8th September. Extra features will include an introduction from Ice Cube, a Friday Straight Up featurette, Q&A Interviews with F. Indeed, that "artwork" is hideous. Might upgrade this one. It's not a film I watch very often, but I do love it. I wonder what they're adding for this "director's cut"?

I have to believe that this new cover is to get the attention of all of this generation's potheads. The original cover had nothing there to even insinuate weed smoking if my memory serves correct. It sucks that they have to pander to those that hold weed smoking above everything else.

The new cover looks professional? Seriously?? Two giant heads and a car with smoke coming out of it on a black background? They probably put it together in photoshop in less than five minutes.... |
