Yes. It's just a bitch to get them ready on BD. I'm still waiting for those first 18(?) Zatoichi films from them.

Its not just the fact that they added it to the channel but the coy way they announced it on facebook certainly makes it seem like its definitely getting a spine number.
Don't think the Zatoichi films will ever join the collection btw. They already released them through their Homevision label, and even though they are out of print I doubt they'd release them again.
In fact, I'd be surprised if any of the Ichi films are ever in print again.

I just recently made myself finally send in the discs for Carlos and White. The turnaround was very quick, and when Criterion received my discs for replacement, I was sent an email confirming receipt along with a coupon code worth $25.

There was an audio issue on disc 2. If I remember correctly, the audio on the back surrounds doesn't work. You can send in your disc to Criterion, and they will issue a replacement.
