Banshee season 3 now pushed back to April 5th. Weird that it's being released almost 3 months after the final season premieres. |

Fear the Walking Dead is actually getting a double dip!!! Special Edition season 1 set coming out March 22nd with more extras and commentaries on every episode. The original Walking Dead's 1st season actually got the same treatment. I'm guessing the 1st release was a rush job and this version is to capitalize on promoting the 2nd season, which premieres in April. |

Jaws 2, Jaws 3 (in 3D) and Jaws 4 coming June 16th, 2016.
|
Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV
I'm actually really happy to see Universal releasing the sequels to Jaws. I like them all even though the first is by far the best and the third and fourth films are pretty cheesy (Jaws 2 is actually decent in my opinion). I'll definitely be picking them up.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV
this is old news but I've seen no mention of it so I'll post it FYI
2 more Eastwood Blus coming May 3 City Heat and True Crime I think that leaves Bronco Billy and Pink Cadillac as the only Clint titles that are still MIA |

Don't know how willing you folks are to import an Australian release but since there is no Blu-ray here in the states and it's one of my favorites...welp here you go. I took a chance on this movie when I was in college and it was just standing there at a half price books on dvd. Loved it, thought the ending was fantastic, and Keach and Curtis did a great job. Furthermore this one is importing all the extras from the dvd (commentary, documentary), a 4k master and is region free. Release date is 07/06. Here is the link to Umbrella who is selling it directly. Came to me here in the states at ~$22USD delivered which is very reasonable. (Might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere, but i'll give an extra couple of dollars to them directly for this wonderful movie). http://www.umbrellaent.com.au/movies...ames&results=7 |

In for The Great Outdoors and maybe The 'Burbs depending on the price.

Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV
The Great Outdoors, yes!
I saw The Money Pit a few months back and didn't feel it held up well, at all. |

Green Room - July 12th, 2016
|
Re: Blu-ray release announcements - Part IV
The 'Burbs is as close as I get to having a favorite movie and it's been at the top of my Blu-ray wish list for years. I'd almost taken the plunge on a region-free player just for that one title, so I'm thrilled to see it finally making a debut here.

Looks like The Dark Knight trilogy is being re-released July 5th. Looks like the crap is out (mostly), but the content is intact. $29.98 right now.

I did the almost exactly the same thing, except I did put the DVD in to check out picture quality and it was "meh" so it went further down the in the unwatched pile.
