Gateway Ping Failure on Blu Ray Player

I just got the Sammsung BD-p1600 and have tried the Network Connection Test but get a Gateway Ping Failure.

I have it cable connected to my router which is also connected to my cpu, laptop and xbox and Wii.

Any trouble shooting tips?

Ok I disabled the firewall in my router and it works but the last step is the internet step and fails. Need to leave my firewall on. Does anyone know how to get the port #'s I need open?

You might ask a mod to move this to the HD area. I would think more people who are apt to be able to help you will see this thread there.
