WallE BD Live on BD35 Player?

I cant seem to connect to the Live features on the WallE movie from my BD35 player with the latest upgrade in place. I get a message about Disney BD Live may not be available in my area yet.... or something along that lines. I have connected to the Batman Live site without a problem so I know I have a connection that works. Any ideas?

just to confirm: did you install an SD card?
You need at least 1GB of external memory for BD Live to work. the Panny players do not ship with the memory on board, but there's an SD slot on the front that you can use.
