Princess Bride is on its way from Amazon (one of the few $20+ buys for a catalogue title); Bolt is pre-ordered; will get Twilight at Target on Saturday.

Decisions....I suppose it won't be too hard to sell if I don't like it given the exclusivity.
Why would you not just rent it given everything you've just said?

I don't know..there's still some fun to blind buying. Mostly I think it will be difficult to get from Netflix.

Just be forewarned that this particular vampire series pretty much does away with every canon in vampire folklore. I echo the suggestion of just renting it first.

The thrill of blind buys are totally gone for me. I rent the disc or at least see the movie before purchasing. Blind buys is how I ended up with hundreds of unwatched and/or crappy discs. Thank you Blockbuster

Yeah, can't argue w/ that. Blu at least for me are way to expensive for that though, I still do it, but mostly on movies I'm fairly certain I'll enjoy & watch again. I love vampire films as well, just zero interest in one completely marketed & made for pre-pubescent girls though.
