Wow one of the best movies of the 90s and one of the worst.
Definitely in for True Romance. Glad to see the extras ported over.

I'm surprised Warner didn't give these a digibook release, especially for a movie like True Romance.

I love TR!
Every cast member is perfect....great small parts for Gandolfini, Brad Pitt, Chris Penn, Dennis Hopper, and of couse Walken and Oldman steal the show.

I agree that the two disc cover art for True Romance would be better fitted for this release than the cover art found on the old snapper release.

DVD Beaver has some screencaps: http://www.dvdbeaver.com/film/dvdcom...rueromance.htm
It looks like it has some DNR, but thankfully no edge enhancement that I can see. It's not too bad. I don't think I'd pass on it.

Re: Clarence and Alabama (True Romance) May 26th
wow, i've never used a review ever to BUY or NOT BUY a disc.
and i can see why.
not sure what players and TV's they're using, but how could they be more WRONG.
Watched it the other night, with some non-BLU people, and they and I were blown away
the film looks Amazing
glad i'll stick to not reading reviews.
