DMP-BD35K or A2- which better at SD upconvert?

I have a Toshiba A2 and just placed an order for a Panasonic DMP-BD35K player via Amazon. Just curious which one wins out with quality of SD dvd viewing?

I have them both. I like the A2 better on my 46" plasma

I have the A35 and BD35 and the A35 wins hands down.
