First Blood.

I was surprised by how good this movie was. Honestly, I loved it. It had a perfect blend of drama and action. This is a great film and it worked out as a good blind buy for $6 on BD. I don't think I'll bother with the sequels though.

The Duchess. Good movie. Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes are excellent.

I finally finished watching my Lost: Season 3 Blu-ray set. It is great experiencing my favorite series in High Definition. I already have the Season 4 BD set and plan on starting it tomorrow!

That's one of the few Blu's I remember watching and having it give me a headache. The motion blur on that disc is terrible. Fucking DNR crap. Love the movie though.

Pineapple Express - funny movie, but had a problem with playing it on my first run 60gb PS3. Jumped online and saw that some others had problems viewing this on various PS3s (and some didn't). It kept trying to load the disc and would stop before the menu popped up, then it would try again - over and over. I disabled the internet connection and it loaded right up. Strange.

Watched The Mist on Blu last night. The B&W version looked great, and a good movie to boot.

Since you tried it before release day, my guess is it's trying to reach out for a server connection which is not yet active.

Watched a few!

Southland Tales - Weird, weird movie. But I really liked it actually! It definetly warrants several viewings I feel..So i'll try it again soon.

Coming to America / Trading Places - Watched them both in the same day with some friends, they were made before I was born (I think?), but they're absolutely hilarious.

The Matrix Reloaded - I saw this in the theater the day it came out...hated it. But I really liked it this time, can't wait to see the third film for the first time!

Righteous Kill (BD)

Wasn't nearly as bad as people said it was. The twist wasn't very predictable, which was a big surprise to me.

Chronicles of Narnia: Lion, Witch, etc etc.

Tilda Swinton is the only good thing about the movie, but I love her in everything. Pretty boring movie, I always hate kids as the stars of movies. Good looking Blu though.

The Longshots BD - good looking disc, what Eagle Eye is to paranoid thrillers, Longshots is to underdog sports movies.
