Repo! - Didn't like the flick and the BD was pretty underwhelming transfer-wise.
Faces of Death - I'm still amazed this is out on BD. Suicide never looked so good!

Watched Underworld (immediately followed by my DVD copy of Underworld: Evolution) before going to see Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. Insane picture quality and ridiculously awesome sound!

The Forbidden Kingdom
I didn't expect to enjoy it, but I REALLY did. The PQ on this thing is insane.

Bullitt - just got the BD, disappointed it's still stereo only. I probably wouldn't have bothered to upgrade had I realized.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang HD - Michelle Monghan topless, that's all I need to make this one enjoyable.

Tried watching Disaster Movie, a rental from BB. I was waiting fro my daughter to get home so I threw this one in the player. Didn't bother watching the whole thing, after 40 minutes she was home and I was bored silly.
I didn't think it was possible to have a comedy that was less funny than Love Guru but this one managed. At least Disaster Movie has an excuse, all these people are nobody's. Love Guru had A-list talent, they had no excuse for that turd.

Watched three flicks yesterday on BD - Saw V, Freddy vs. Jason and Being There. Exciting times.

Twister - Only a so-so movie but a great sound and visual experience especially in hi-def. This was the first movie I ever saw demonstrated on one of those new fangled DVD players back in 1997 and one of my first purchases. I think I needed to own it more for sentimental reasons than the quality of the movie.

Babylon A.D (Netflix). Enjoyed it...an odd film, but gorgeous in Blu, and it is a quick view film, 90 minutes...if only more films (any genre) were 90m or less.

Starting to watch Band Of Brothers with the PiP interviews from the soldiers. You definately want to see the series a few times before watching it this way because the screen with the interview I feel is pretty large and you lose what's going on on-screen.

I watched the How The West Was Won Blu Ray last night. All I can say is - WOW! That movie is pushing 50 years old?? It sure doesn't look it. They did one hell of a job with that transfer. And the movie is pretty darned good, too!
