Easily the best thing Ken Burns has done so far.
Pretty cool seeing footage and photos from the 1920s (and earlier) in HD.

I felt the same way.

Since they were giving Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on FX last night, I felt compelled to play my BD of the movie.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon. It becomes more tolerable with each viewing. Still feel that some judicious editing and a reshoot here and there would have yielded a far better movie and the best in the franchise. As it stands, it's another TF:ROTF but with better action sequences.

Serenity
Band Of Brothers We had a bunch of episodes playing today
Harry potter Deathly Hallows P1 Although an enjoyable episode in the franchise, I found this one dragged a little in the middle as well as had some difficult dialogue to understand with the english accents

Yesterday I watched The Rock. Dated sounded movie gunfire notwithstanding, the audio is fantastic. And the transfer still holds up amazingly well with lots of fine detail in many shots. If not for the filmstock, you'd swear it was a current release.

It was funny to see Willie Garson (Mozzie from White Collar) as a suit no less.

Lethal Weapon 4 to complete the UK imported quadriology. Besides Jet Li, don't think that one really needed to happen.
