Need an HD DVD / Blu-ray Screenshot program/method
Yeah. So, I need an HD DVD and Blu-ray screenshot program. I've tried SnagIt but it doesn't work. I prefer NOT to lower hardware acceleration as it screws up my nVidia panel and PC in general.
Any ideas? I'm coming up with zero. |
This is probably not the right answer but, can you just hit the print screen button?
|
Might want to try running another video program playing a video first, hit pause, then playback the HD DVD or Blu disc in another program and then do the print screen. I know I used to do that when I didn't have a program to take screen shots with, unsure if it'll work with HD media.

Tried that, but got an error. Good idea, though.

Guess I better try the AVS Forum.

I'm not sure there's a "legitimate" way of doing it, if you know what I mean. It was demonstrated (and I wish I was making this up) that a movie could be copied by taking a screenshot of each frame. Seriously. I can't remember where I read this, but I know I did.
