Harold & Kumar Escape from Gitmo Playback Problem
 

I'm using a PS3 and the new Harold and Kumar BD is the first BD disc with which I've had any kind of play back problem. The copy I watched last night hangs up on the whorehouse scene transition between Kumar with the two whores and Harold telling the group of whores his feelings about Kumar. It hangs up whether the disc is in normal playback or fast forward or reverse.

Anyone else see this problem?

On my copy I rented from Netflix I was getting audio blips that would last about a half a second. I probably heard about 10 during the entire movie.

Hey hermes10, I didn't get that playback issue.

flashburn - I have gotten audio pops throughout the movie and I believe it's an issue for every disc, here's a link to the avsforum discussion:

Some people are reporting still images of Bush giving the finger when you press PLAY three times and hit the |<< button 8 times on a BD player (non-PS3 player).

I also got a bunch of the audio pops while watching this today on my PS3.

Note that the audio pops coincide with the placement of the "Dude Change the Movie!" branching option locations.

no problem on my ps3 played perfectly fine
