Yeah, I picked it up too, but fumanstan hit the nail on the head. A lot of people probably bought this on the cheap with HD DVD firesales and it had been discussed before. I just watched the first one and was very happy with it, though it'll probably be a while before I get around to the other two and will probably never watch the extras. I did notice a longer than usual java load time for the first movie at least, even on my new S550.

The Ultimate Matrix Blu-ray is $50.95 CAD today only on Amazon.ca. There's also a coupon for $10 off for accounts that have not placed orders with Amazon.ca yet.
I know I said I wouldn't triple dip on this, but sadly I just did. So now I have the Matrix films on DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray ... I just could not pass up $40.95 for this set

I couldn't either, though I never cared much for the last two films. But for that price I couldn't justify NOT having the sequals.
It will really make me ill if the Matrix version coming out along in March has additional special features that are actually good, because my budgeting on BD's is already going over on most months and I can't justify owning 2 copies of the very same movie.

It has already been confirmed that the individual release is the same disc as the one found in the boxset, so no need to worry....you would only need to double up if you HAVE to have the digibook packaging....

This is still a popular item. On eBay it's still going for around $50-60.
I'm just starting my Blu-Ray collection. Have to sell my DVD versions on eBay first though.

It's pretty minor, but good to see that Warner is willing to replace it. Towards the end, when Neo is fighting Smith, there is a section where there is a graphical glitch. On the PS3, it cuts out a few frames. I noticed it, but thought it was just part of the movie, guess not...
