Finally, I can see Tom Cruise's underwear with definition and clarity, and Rebecca De Mornay's hot sexy body in that leotard and blue jeans outfit.

Ok, maybe just the last part.

I don't think that I need to see Curtis Armstrong in HD clarity.

Might you own Ray or Smokin' Aces on HD DVD? They're already aware that the one and only Booger needs to grace his 1080p, lossless glory.

Wow this movie still holds up 25 years later, as it is a really smart movie that appeals to teenagers, as compared to the dumbing down of teenage-type movies today. I remember seeing this on HBO when I was about 10 years old and it was a nice education! Now it will come full circle on BluRay!

Perhaps I'm mis-remembering, but I've always thought that this movie had a pretty soft focus a la many 80's teen flicks.

Forget the leotard and blue jeans. I remember Risky Business for having Rebecca DeMornay completely nude as they make out by the window and the drapes flying up. That's what I want to see in Blu-ray. Yeah, sometimes I'm still twelve.

Specs are out. Another Dolby Digital 5.1 track. Another title I won't be buying.

What is it with WB and their lack of lossless audio? On DVD, it was their refusal to support DTS. Now this?

They better have lossless audio on L.A. Confidential!!!

I certainly hope this isn't some penny pinching BS so they can keep using BD-25's. I don't like the idea of some WB exec deciding which titles need lossless and which ones don't. Maybe Risky Business would gain little from lossless, but they have the tools and capacity to include it - it should be on every title.

Highdefdigest has updated specs for Risky Business which will now include TrueHD. Should make Gizmo happy now.
