I think some of these are already BOGO on Amazon (Buy 2 get 1 Free), but regardless some decent deals. Blade Runner for $19.99 is a steal!

I've been waiting for a lot of these. At $19.99 each, I might have to take a bunch off my wish list.

And yes, Blade Runner is a steal at that price!

I'd rather do the B2G1 Free on Amazon. Makes it 2-3 bucks cheaper.

Only if the titles are part of Amazon's 'selected' titles.

I'm waiting for some of the new players before I go Blu, but I might pick some of these up. I'm definitely getting Blade Runner as one of my first titles.

I'm months away from getting a player, but I'm planning on getting Blade Runner, so I think I'm gonna have to pick that up. That price is just waaay too good.

I don't have a Blu-ray player, but I know eventually I'll probably have to make the switch. Might pick up Blade Runner; I can't imagine it ever being any cheaper than that.

i'll probably pick up The Corpse Bride. i bought 6 (incl. Blade Runner) from the amazon.com deal - came out to $16.30 per title.
Count me as another of the Blu-less, FWIW.

Blade Runner purchase confirmed.

But seriously, five versions of the movie? I doubt I'll watch more than one.

There's a few on that list that I want. I'll be in the first group to get their IRS rebate deposited. Hopefully my $600 shows up next week, but I'm sure it'll show up after this sale ends.

The set does contain 5 different versions of the film: workprint, theatrical, international, director's cut, and final cut.

I hear that. I've had the HD DVD version since release day in December and I've still only watched the workprint

If you do the ordering right at Amazon, you can really work the prices down.
I got: 300, Curse of the Golden Flower, Run Lola Run, Pan's Labyrinth, Blade Runner and The Fifth Element for about $15.47 a piece after shipping. The Amazon sale ends today (5/18)! This Circuit City deal is great too if you're buying a few here and there.

Well, glad to see many people are excited about paying $20 for a movie. I really hope a lot of people buy these at $20 a pop and the studios and everyone else is able to make a healthy profit. Me, I will wait for $10 or less before I really start collecting in a format that you can't watch while traveling!

I dont know about the rest of you guys, but most of these titles were purchased awhile ago. And the only really notable deal would be the Blade Runner.

But then again, I've been picking up Blade Runner at my local pawn shop (8 copies!!) for $13.00 ea, I've been trading them off to the members of this board for about a month now.

Lame. It's not a sale if the "sale" prices are the same as Amazon's everyday prices. Hell, I think CC's website even had Broken Arrow for $20 for a while. Matching the online prices in-store doesn't make it a sale.
