I was happy to find $50 in an email from Amazon also. I bought the original HD-A1 back in fall 2006. Still waiting for my $50 card from Best Buy though.

Send them an e-mail. I did and had the $50 credited directly to my account :up:. Now, what to buy? Video games, HD DVD's, BD's, hmmmmm.

I bought my 360 add on from CC, too bad they aren't doing a "rebate" thing instead of the "return" thing...(I bought it the week it was out...)

I emailed them and got a response back with my code about 10min later! Ordered some graphic novels and Okami Wii :D

My inbox was still empty, so I just emailed them. I'm expecting my code soon. Amazon.com customer service is #1 in my book. They always seem to take care of any issues I've had.

i emailed, and they said I should get it by then end of today... wierd, that some people got it right away. The email said this: As indicated in the online description of the "HD DVD Purchasers" offer, we will send your promotional certificate via e-mail between April 09, 2008 - April 10, 2008.

They responded to my request in about 5 minutes. They didn't send me a code, but added a $50 discount at checkout.

Are people getting one credit per player purchased, or just one overall?

As it says online, one per player up to 10 players/$500.
