I just bought all 3 BRs from Amazon and none of them came with a rebate form. Does anyone know if there is a pdf for it online?

I called them on Thursday. They told me to call back next week and they opened a file.

I've had no response on my email to them earlier this past week.

$10 is $10.

I don't think so. Just call the number above and request some. I got mine in a few days.

As a follow up on this, Nancy from Buena Vista called and said the rebate is valid and it needs to be resubmitted to the following address:

Archway Marketing
Attn: Special handling
PO Box 72699
Rockford, MN 55572

She said to include a letter indicating why the 1st one was denied, so they would understand what the problem is. I would assume anyone that has had their's rejected already could try this method.

I just got all three of my rebates back in the mail stamped with "PO Box Closed, No Forwarding Address". This bites.

The phone number posted here is always busy. I'm resubmitting to the address on this thread.

Anyone else get their rebates back with the stamp on the envelope?

What is the expiration date of the offer? (... and the postmark date?)

Thanks!

Yep, got it back today. This is a fuckin' fiasco. Fucking fuckers. I sent my Rock one again to the address Jon Boy posted.

I'm sending the Crimson Tide one to the same address.

They better honor this shit.

Expiration is 12/31/08 and postmark is 1/31/09.

Just got my submission for The Rock returned. I fired off a snarky e-mail.

I'm not going to mail again until I know for sure which address to use.

What a crock....

I mailed in my $10 The Rock Upgrade Rebate to:

BluRay $10 Upgrade Rebate Offer
P.O. Box 410252
El Paso, TX 88541-0252

I received it back today with:

Return to sender
Not deliverable as addressed
Unable to forward

And there is a stamp on the front that says:

ARCHWAY
Receiving Dept
P.O. Box Close

This is really odd. I've already received my $10 checks back for Rock and Con Air. Haven't heard anything on Crimson Tide yet... Hope they didn't shut down the whole operation.

Well, from what I understand, BV quit using the previous company that was handling the rebates because they were denying an ungodly amount of rebates for no reason. The new address Jon posted seems to be the one to use now. I sent mine off last week. Time will tell...

Got both of mine sent back to me also. I dont want to resent to the "Archway" address because the stamp on the envelope reads "Archway receiving department po box close".

Mine was just the regular release...not Criterion. I bought it on release day and had it in the mail the next day. So I guess I beat them.

My Con Air was rejected because I used the unrated edition. My Rock submission was sent at the same time as Con Air, but I've heard nothing on it. I sent Crimson Tide later on, so who knows what's going on there. Seems like a big mess.
