Complete Matrix Trilogy does not contain download code?
 

Has anyone else had this issue? I bought it assuming the download code would be inside, but it is not in there. Also, there are still adds in it promoting Bladerunner in October, so I am assuming it is not a new pressing without one or something like that.

Warner Bros. customer service won't help me get one either. I don't want to return it to amazon just for the code.

Has anyone else had this issue? Could anyone send me in the right direction towards getting the code?

Did you look in all the cases for the movies? I still have mine, its on a cardboard-like sheet.

Yes, I looked through all of the cases, and even behind the thing that is glue dotted to the outer case. The only inserts are the Bladerunner promotional thing and the notice about firmware. :(

Is there an expiration date on the slip? Do you think it was just an error? I don't think amazon will want to exchange it for something like a missed download code.

If you check avsforum, you might find one that someone is giving away... but yes, mine was on a sheet inside the case.

Just checked...they all expired 12/31/2007. So even if you had one, it would not work.

Not true, It says that on the card, but I tried it anyway on 2/24 and it worked.

What download code are you talking about?

Download code worked for mine as well, did it yesterday. There is an xbox live free download animatrix card include in the COmplete Matrix Trilogy set.
