Everyone seems to have a hard on for the German T2 steelbook coming though - which will probably be $50 on Xploited. I guess this one is the same as one of the French T2 discs?

Do these have the pitch issues the French versions had?

They're exactly the same as the French editions, just different packaging.

T2 does not have a pitch shift. Total Recall and Basic Instinct do. Not sure about Kong or The Fog.

T2 looks great. I had the French edition but sold it awhile ago.

I thought I remember hearing The Fog and KK had the issue as well. T2 was OK from what I recall.

In any event, I would encourage all interested in these discs to at least seek out the threads about this issue at AVS, which have some good detailed user experiences.

I would never want to take away business from Xploited, who I think are awesome. Some aren't bothered by the pitch thing, but some will be.

I'd pick up The Graduate if they dropped the price.

You can get the Graduate for about $17 US from Blah DVD -- along with Basic Instinct, the Fog and First Blood. Leaving Las Vegas is only $14!
