I know it may be a moot point to some now, but in case you need a spare player, it's a pretty good deal. 7 Free movies still applies of course.

It looks like Amazon has it for $131.98 with free shipping and possibly no tax so it a good deal for a HD-DVD player that can up-convert dvd's and play HD movies. 
I feel bad for those who bought oppo players since this is cutting into their niche. LOL
