The Sci-Fi miniseries seems to be out of print now on DVD.
It was Artisan on DVD which I believe would fall under Lionsgate now (Blu-Ray only),
but Sci-fi seems to be under the Universal umbrella, so if Uni decides to pick up the rights, it could be HD DVD only.

The rights are owned by Lionsgate currently. It doesn't matter what network it aired on. The production studio was Artisan, which is now Lionsgate.
This was once on a list of expected early Blu-ray titles for Lionsgate, but they never followed through with it and haven't mentioned it since.
