List of HD titles with Slipcovers!

I'm not sure if this thread already exists, but I thought I'd start it. There aren't many with slipcovers that I know of and the only ones I have seen are Blu-ray, but I think that slipcovers on these discs makes them look a hell of a lot more classy and covers up the stench of that huge advert for Blu-ray or HD-DVD at the top of the case for the most part (or at least makes it look nicer).

The List
- 40 Year-Old Virgin (HD)
- Bram Stoker's Dracula (Blu)
- Cars (Blu)
- The Condemned (Blu)
- Crank (Blu)
- Employee of the Month (Blu)
- Hairspray (Blu)
- Happily N'Ever After (Blu)
- Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl (Blu)
- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (Blu)
- Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End (Blu)(Not yet released)
- Pixar Short Film Collection Vol. 1 (Blu)
- Planet Earth (Blu/HD) (case slips into side of an outer shell)
- Ratatouille (Blu)
- Spider-man 3 (Blu) (on individual release only)
- Saw III (Blu)
- Transformers (HD)

Got any more to add? And I don't count when multiple cases are housed in an outer shell like a box set. I will count Planet Earth because while it has multiple discs it is all held in one case. I will not count any digipaks like the recent Close Encounters Blu-ray.

Transformers (HD DVD) has a slip cover.

A couple more Blu-rays with slipcovers:

Crank
Planet Earth

Arpeggi 11-22-07 10:01 AM

The 40 Year Old Virgin HD DVD.

Hairspray has one (Blu)

Bram Stoker's Dracula - Blu-ray was available with a slipcover.

The Condemned (Blu)

That's the only one off the top of my head.

Gizmo 11-22-07 12:15 PM

Employee of the Month on Blu-ray

Ocean's 11,12,13 Collection has a slip cover over the box that houses all three.

Doughboy 11-22-07 01:51 PM

Saw III has a slipcover.

Spider-Man 3 doesn't have the slipcover if you get the trilogy boxset.

And Bram Stoker's Dracula seems to have the slipcover in only half the places I've seen it for sale. When I got it at Fry's for 10 bucks, there were no copies with slipcovers.

Should the Ocean's set count? It's similar to the slip over the Arrested Development Season 2 set. For that matter, should Planet Earth or any other box set style shell count as a slipcase?

I didn't get a slipcover for my Dracula and I bought it on release day :(

David Gilmour: Remember The Night (BD) has a slipcover over a digipak... you have to remove the slipcover to access the discs. Close Encounters is in a box, not a slipcover IMO.

Also Running Scared (HD DVD import).

I'm not sure where you would put the Star Trek set. The discs are all held on a big plastic tray, inside a cardboard slipcover, which is housed in a plastic shell.
