This film should look pretty good in High-Def

True_Story1011 11-07-07 01:33 PM

Never seen it.

I've heard good things, this may end up being a blind buy! :)

Dan BTW...

How many HDM do you have now?

I'm at 109 (69 HD, 40 BD)

Hmmm... Not sure if I like this enough to buy, but seems pretty loaded so may pull the trigger.

Meh, I was quite dissapointed when I saw this in the theaters. It was way too gung-ho and nothing quite intelligent about it

^ +1

A little shallow for me and a wanna-be Syriana with a rambo-esque bend to it at the end. Someone called it CSI Saudi Arabia and I agree. The main actors really just played themselves.

But yeah the cinematography was amazing and the supporting character of the Saudi cop was excellent. Should be a crowd pleaser on HD for the cinematography alone.

I'll definitely get this one. Action scene at the end was pretty intnese, should sound good with TrueHD.

Definite buy, really enjoyed this film. 12/26? Just in time not to get it for Christmas. Not so smart...

The last 30 minutes of this flick make it worth buying for me.

That's a pretty smart move because people will have gc's/returns. I think this was the same strategy they used for Fast & The Furious DVD.

Don't let anyone ever tell you that having a product after Christmas is as good as before Christmas. Cause it ain't the case.

They likely just can't get it done until then...

Like I said, Fast and The Furious did it (it could have been one of the American Pie sequels, but I do know it was from Universal) and it sold fairly well.
