HDMI 1.3 Cables?
What makes an HDMI cable 1.3 compatible? Is it simply the gauge or is it pinned differently? I just ordered a 26 awg Series-F HDMI cable from Blue Jeans Cables but the website doesn't indicate if it support 1.3 or not. I just want to future prooof.

The cables themselves have actually not changed, only the chips in the sending and receiving devices. So-called "HDMI 1.3 cables" are just marked up regular HDMI cables.
