why are these not on hd - dvd ?

this is a list of dimension films movies.
it says that they are owned by weinstein and genius after theater release.
so why are some, like jay and silent bob strike back, on blu and not hd ?

As the page you pointed to states, Dimension films made before Oct. 1, 2005, remain the property of Disney. Disney is exclusively Blu-ray. "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" came out in 2001.
