Sahara HD DVD OOP?

Anyone know why DVD Empire lists the Sahara HD DVD as "Discontinued by Studio"?

Maybe re-releasing it in different packaging (no silver on spine)? To date, not a single Blu-Ray/HD DVD title is OOP except for the original shitty pressing of Fifth Element.
