Possible deal for Pirates of the Caribbean Blu-Ray at Best Buy?

OK, I personally have never been able to get BB to match online prices, other's here have reported success getting them to stack deals. So any chance they would match Target's online price of $23.95 a piece and still give the $10 off if you purchase both? I think I might try this tomorrow.

Here is the link.

I got both Pirates on Amazon for around $43 bucks total. Arriving on Wednesday. I can wait an extra day for no hassle.

I highly doubt they will. This is, ahem, BEST BUY after all.

Went the same route. They shipped "Dead Mans Chest" and should ship "Black Pearl" today or tomorrow. Scurvy knaves, breaking up my shipments!

I'll probably go the Amazon route then. The main reason I was thinking of going to Best Buy was hopefully they would include the movie bucks that they are advertising online.

It says on the ticket not eligible on blu ray titles. I got a nice clerk who was saying that it didnt make sense, so she gave it to me anyways when I bought the gone in 60 secs BD.

This worked for me this morning. I always pricematch with the Target print outs at Best Buy. After she rang everything up, the screen came up for her to take ten bucks off and she did. Just like that!

If you buy both Pirates BD's at BB this week, you get $10 off. So they are 2/$50 this week, which isn't bad for in-store pricing.

I went to Best Buy earlier this afternoon and was able to get both of the pirate movies, 2 of the spiderman 3 Blu Ray preview discs and 2 pirate 3 movie tickets for $50.00 plus tax, not to bad I guess.

How did you get the movie tickets? I saw nothing about that. I went ahead and go the movies, but haven't opened yet. Let me know as I'd like to take the kids to see 3 this weekend.

I found the link to that offer at BB.com, but what I see is not eligible for the BR versions, only the SD versions. And when I tried to add the BR versions to my cart then add the tickets, it still charged me for the tickets.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just watched POTC 1 off BR. Very nice.

The intro with the animated skull was most impressive.

I continue to be amazed that perhaps the most noticeable item about BR is the color. I keep looking for the additional resolution (which is there but more subtle then I anticipate), but the colors are amazing. Also much more depth almost a 3-D like quality.
