Which version of Kung Fu Hustle

I've been trying to find out which version of Kung Fu Hustle is the best one out there...

Does anyone know which version (Japan, UK, Korea, etc.) have all of the following:

- uncut
- English subs
- same extras as the Region A version
- Cantonese PCM / DD 5.1
