Daniel clearly explains why he gave it that rating. Rather than just throw out a two word post, why not actually respond to what he has to say?

Sadly, this Blu-ray disc, while presenting halfway decent audio and video, completely omits all of the extras from the DVD editions. Don't let the studios think this is acceptable. While the movie is incredible, the fleecing of the consumer by the studios is not. Thus, sadly, I can only suggest that when it comes to this Blu-ray, you Rent It.
You did notice that he rated the movie five stars, right?

If you read my review, you'd see why. Neither the picture nor sound is reference, and there are no extras except the trailer. The movie is one of my all time favorites, but let's not reward the studios for doing the bare minimum. They didn't even bother to include the commentary, one of the best commentaries available on disc.

Edit: Adam beat me to it.

So every BD without extras is automatically a "Rent it" no matter how good the PQ and AQ are?

The PQ and AQ weren't great either! Are you even reading our posts?

I also address how the PQ and AQ aren't stellar in the review itself, so it didn't take until my post for you to find this out.

Actually, with my reviews, they most likely will be. There's no reason to leave off the extras and to charge $40 for it.

Don't get sniffy at me because you didn't read my review, came in complaining about my review, and then got put in your place by people who did read the review (which takes all of, what, five minutes?). Instead, next time, just go read the review first.

Fine. I will take this into account when I read (or skim through ) your future reviews.

I disagree with the basis of the discussion, I'll purchase HD/BD favorites (such as The Usual Suspects) with or without extras, as long as the PQ/AQ quality is there. And in this case it doesn't sound great, but I do watch this one more often than most.

But everybody has their own opinions what is "worth" purchasing or renting, so as long as the review states the reasoning behind the rating, no qualms from me.

Don't bother making it a declarative statement when you've already started.

Considering you seem to make up your mind before you read any reviews, it probably won't make a difference, anyway.

You're the one who's acting inappropriately, not him.
