A real shame that DRAGON'S LAIR was butchered to 16x9 for the Blu release. Of course I didn't buy that release. No OAR = no sale, always!
It may be time for another company to revisit the game, give it a higher bitrate encode, and finally release it in the definitive 1080p edition in OAR.

The Blu-ray Dragon's Lair games are hard to control - the placement of the sword button in the middle of the directional arrows really confuses me.
I like the ioS versions, even though there's quite a few bugs in them.
I really like the Nintendo Wii Dragon's Lair Trilogy - it's fast-moving with good controls and has beautiful restored video.
The Daphne emulator versions play well, but aren't very pretty with faded standard-definition laserdisc transfers.

Is there any HD version that is in OAR? Like PC or video game console?

Yes, the PS3 version is available in the OAR (with the rest of the frame looking like an arcade machine), as well as cropped to 16:9.

I see it's a PSN game that's just under 1GB, so I wonder how good it ends up looking. Nothing like picking between highest quality and proper aspect ratio.
