Most HD Actor

After going over the release list, there are a few actors who are well represented in HD, topping out at 2 HiDef Films. (Harrison Ford, The Rock,Adam Sandler, Clint Eastwood) but there are 4 who have burst through and are battling it out to be the most HiDef with 3 hd movies each.

Angelina Jolie (Sky Captain, Tomb Raider, Bone Collector)
Denzel Washington(Bone Collector, Manchurian Candidate, Training Day)
Arnold Schwarzenegger(Terminator, T2, End of Days)
Vin Diesel (XXX, Pitch Black, Riddick)

I'm a little surprised Jolie is so well represented, since she has a few films under her belt and only a couple were blockbusters.

Don't forget Karl Urban, who also has three -- The Bourne Supremacy, Doom, and The Chronicles of Riddick.

If they would have chosen Fallen, they would have had three of Denzel's worst movies in HD.

Milla Jovovich:

The Fifth Element (BD)
Ultraviolet (BD)
Resident Evil (HD DVD - Japan)

On the this week in tech podcast they were wondering if she had a stake in Blu-ray considering a large percentage of the launch titles were her films.

Fallen wasn't that bad. But if I had my druthers I'd like to see Man Under Fire and Glory as a couple of good Denzel showcases.

Milla J- nice eyecandy but so-so movies.

More like Sony has a stake in Milla Jovovich.

That's because it's a garter-belt.

What's Chris Cooper? Chopped liver?

He's in Syriana, Bourne Supremacy, and Jarhead.

Oh BTW, George Clooney will have 3 titles when Good Night and Good Luck streets next month.

No, it's because she has a tendancy to be featured in colorful non-huge-box-office action films, which are being picked for HD. In fact the only exception would be The Messenger, but that's still pretty action-oriented :)
