Projector Central's HD-A1 first impressions

I thought this article HD-DVD: It's Here, and it's Spectacular posted on Projector Central was good. It cleared up some questions I had and some points that have been discussed on other threads here.

For example:

What are the results using projectors with native 720p resolution
Confusion between 1080i/1080p aquisition vs. transmission: Is the HD-A1 deficient because they don't output "full 1080p" resolution?
Are there any artifacts introduced because of the 1080i transmission?
Is there motion judder introduced due to conversion between 24fps and 60hz display rate?
How does it handle standard DVD play (hard to display scenes with judder/shimmer)?
Do you sacrifice a lot of the medium's potential by playing it on a lower resolution projector, like the popular 720p models today?
Could you even tell the difference between HD-DVD as displayed on a 720p projector vs. being displayed on a 1080p projector? At what viewing distance?

This was a good explaination, and makes me feel a little better about 1080i.

Now the question is when is Toshiba going to start selling PC HD-DVDROM drives, since that's what's in the consumer player anyway!
