HD Tuner Card

Not sure if this is a topic for the PC forum but here goes...
I'm wanting to add a HD Tuner Card to my PC. Have any of you had any experiences or know which one is the best to use with Windows Media Center Edition?

Check out avsforum, they have an entire folder dedicated to HTPCs.
