Almost posted in the thread that led me here (from a Google search), but I have no idea if an intro is required, or where to do it. So I am asking here.

Skimmed the FAQ, looked for intro threads, failed to find the info, so here we go.

I'm not sure of all the rules, but since I am a model poster in matter of civility, backing my crap up with sources, and I don't curse or argue much, I figure the worst that can happen is this thread.

I await some sort of guidance before jumping in with both feet firmly planted on the ground. (that is a joke) (It just isn't that funny)

I also like to be ironic, satirical and of course suffer from a bad case of SIWOTI

Thanks. Rather than just start in, I now decided to read all previous threads (parts of the current topic) to see what has been posted and discussed first.

Since it started 03-27-06, and there are only around 8000 posts, it shouldn't take long.
