The only downside to this is an admin has to check the new user queue every day to make sure legit posters can post. Not that this is a hotbed of new people trying to get in. ;) Tell your friends about DT though! :|

Yes we don't recommend moderating new user posts as it tends to deter them from contributing.

Let me know if the spam gets way out of hand.

Thanks Adam. I've turned on moderating new users again. Anyone signing up will have to be allowed by an admin. So tedious, but it's the only way to stop these A-holes.
