Help with logging in for another user needed
Hi
Looking for help for another user. Travis McClain is the user name. He hasn't been on in awhile and is trying to log in and is having trouble. He's reset his password several times but the program is not taking the new password. He asked me to post here for him...anything that I can tell him to help or can a mod reset his account or something? Thank you! |

Just reset his password and emailed it to him. (Hopefully the email for his account is current!)

Thanks to the admins! I just emailed him the info as well. Hopefully it gets figured out for him soon!
